Dr. Pranjali Gadgil is a breast surgeon and breast disease specialist, practicing in Pune, Maharashtra, India.  Her practice interests include benign and malignant breast diseases.
Dr Gadgil graduated top of her class at B.J Medical College in  Pune, where she stood first in surgery. She completed her General Surgery training in the United States, where she trained at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota and the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. She is an American Board of Surgery certified surgeon. She has then completed a fellowship in breast disease and breast surgical oncology the Winthrop P Rockefeller Cancer Center in Little Rock, Arkansas.

During her young career has several international publications on breast cancer, a textbook chapter on screening mammography, and has helped develop an online tool for breast surgeons, that is available on the MD Anderson Cancer Center website. She has been practicing as a Breast Specailist in Pune in the last few years, and endeavours to improve breast care services available to women in India. She is also director and co-founder of I-SHARE foundation, a Pune based healthcare NGO working in cancer education and screening and financial aid for needy patients.
